This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases from Hunter Thomas LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our websites and apps such as VYRDL and DinkBrain. Our products are digital goods and services.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases of digital content (such as game modes or cosmetic items) are delivered to your account immediately and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable law or as described below. We will gladly refund:

How to Request a Refund

Email chase@hunterthomasllc.com with the email address used for the purchase, the approximate date, the product, and the reason for your request. We review every request individually and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Purchases Made Through the App Stores

If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can request them at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play. We are happy to help where we can.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may end once you begin accessing the content with your consent.
